Manuel Wolf’s Air War over the Europe came as what I would describe a minor shock to me. It must have been several decades since I was so completely taken aback by a book. This magnificent, page, 22 cm x 29 cm, kg book is incredibly impressive by its sheer volume s: Quite literally ""the first general history of the air war to appear in English""-add not merely a chronological replay.
